Booking confirmation
Within a few days after the request on our website you will receive a confirmation / response. Questions regarding a specific unit / some residents at some time are always answered with a preliminary confirmation that you then cancel if you do not want to have the reservation. It is the only way for us to tell that something is off. It is available on request and until you say that you want the reservation. Bookings Proposals must be confirmed within a day or as agreed by telephone.


The ON-LINE booking on this website comes confirmation immediately by email. A preliminary draft of the apartment or room is always in the ON-LINE booking. Room allocation is subject to change as the program to share a room without our review.

Please contact us by telephone if you have no to your booking request ON-LINE, or you want to book for longer than a week. Do you want a VAT itemized invoice, do you also to contact us.

Always check that the booking confirmation with what you have booked.

If you book through our on-line booking can follow instructions and pay there if you will, incidentally, the above instructions.

The appointment is provisional until a month prior to arrival and is then subsequently binding unless we are notified that you do not wish your booking. The reservation is and if possible rebooked to one month before arrival.

? Cancellation insurance
You can pay a cancellation insurance, which costs 150 SEK per three-day period, or 300 SEK per week. Insurance covers so that in some cases you can cancel up to and including the day prior to arrival cancellation insurance is voluntary and non-refundable. Insurance covers for their own or a family illness, death, accident or other serious event outside your control that affects you or your partner / husband / wife, family or traveling companion. Cancellation 150 SEK/ 300 SEK always starts. We will refund the then 90% of rental amount shown at the doctor's certificate or certificate of authority. Proof of past events should be sent to us within one week from the date of cancellation

? Arrival
When you arrive at Södra Bruket is the booked apartment / hostel room unlocked. The key to the apartment is on the kitchen table and in the door in a hostel room. If the door is locked an has a code lock,  the code should be indicated on your confirmation. Ring else to the caretaker last at 15.00 for code. Check in to the apartment is at the earliest at 15.00 unless otherwise agreed with the caretaker. Notify also if you are late on arrival.
If something is broken or badly in the apartment to this is pointed out on arrival. No complains received relating to the apartment upon departure. We want an opportunity to correct errors when you arrive or at once they are discovered.


? Departure
The apartment must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed with the landlord / caretaker. If you ordered the final cleaning, we ask you to leave the apartment available for our cleaning staff last at 11. The key left on the table or at the door.


? Final inspection
We end inspects the apartment / room when you have departed and before the next guest arrives. Let us know if there is something wrong in the apartment for furniture, kitchen equipment and more. This can be written in the register card. Is there something you want fixed notifies you that as soon as you discover that something is wrong or missing.
Poor cleaning and / or you have moved around the furniture and disassemble bolted bunk beds will be charged in arrears.
